Clothig Closet provides free clothing, school supplies, diapers, and basic resources to children in need - from Lompoc to the Carrizo Plain, and throughout Southern California.
We believe every child deserves to feel safe, warm, and confident. Our programs remove barriers so children and families can focus on what matters most.
New and gently used clothing for children ages 0-18. From everyday essentials to seasonal items like jackets, shoes, and school uniforms.
Backpacks, notebooks, pencils, and everything a child needs to start the school year ready to learn - distributed each August and year-round.
Our teen closets are set up like thrift stores - giving youth a dignified shopping experience. Toiletries, books, blankets, and holiday items included.

Thrift-store-style closets inside local high schools in SLO, Arroyo Grande, Nipomo, Santa Maria, and Lompoc. Teens shop with dignity and choice.
A mobile resource unit visiting Boys & Girls Clubs, homeless shelters, schools, and farmworker fields. Stocked with items for babies and children up to age 12.
100% of financial donations go directly to programs. Founder Lisa Ray takes no salary. Every dollar puts clothing on a child.
